Here we have a vintage South of the Boarder felt pennant. This neat wall hanging features a sombrero wearing man holding a Pedro's sign. This pennant is missing one half and truly only reads "South of the B". It would look great in a collection of souvenirs or other pennants as well as on a bulletin board or for craft supplies.
