Here we have a vintage New York 1951 and 1952 rusty Commercial license plate featuring the number 174-950. New York did not issue a whole new plate for 1952 and instead had the users attach a tab for that year, much like stickers today. Rusty brown car tags like this one make wonderful fall decor accents either on a shelf or hung on a wall to give any space a warm rustic or primitive vibe. This plate would be a neat gift for someone who lives in New York, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a New York lover. License plates also make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors.
Condition:
This plate is in decent rusty vintage condition, with no metal loss, but does show wear and rust throughout. It has two extra holes in the corners.
Size:
Measures about 16 inches long and 6 inches wide.
