Here we have a vintage U.S. Army Desert Training Center, Rice California felt pennant. The name of this facility was changed in late 1943, dating this pennant to the late '30s to the early '40s. This neat wall hanging features a saguaro cactus in bloom. It would look great in a collection of souvenirs or other pennants as well as in on a wall in an office or man-cave. It would also look great stitched on to a pillow, purse, or bag.
