California 1987 Apportioned License Plate Vintage Wall Hanging Decor

Here we have a vintage 1977 California Apportioned license plate, featuring the blue on white background. Apportioned plates are used on vehicles that go from one registration jurisdiction to another. This plate is in good vintage condition, but does show some wear and some dings from actual use.
