This cast iron standing bear still bank is a cute little piece of decor. John Harper Co. was famous for its mechanical cast iron banks. We believe that this is an early reproduction of an original John Harper piece because of the lack of detail in the face and the not seamless joining of the two pieces. It is still a lovely vintage piece that is rather difficult to find and that would look great as a piece of decor on a mantle or as a piggy bank in a child's room.
Condition:
The bank is in wonderful vintage condition, with absolutely nothing wrong with it.
