Here we have a vintage Delaware 1990 license plate, featuring a white background with blue numbering. This style of plate was used since 1970 and this plate was at least registered in 1990 with the sticker. It would be a neat gift for someone who lives in Delaware, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a Delaware lover. License plates also make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors.
