Here we have a vintage Matthiessen State Park, Illinois blue felt pennant. This neat wall hanging features an American Indian chief with a magnificent feathered headdress, with actual fake feathers sticking out of the pennant. It would look great in on a wall in a child's room or on a bulletin board as well as in a collection of souvenirs or other pennants. It would also look great stitched on to a pillow, purse, or bag.
