Here we have a vintage RUSH 4 Illinois vanity license plate. It is a replacement plate, which is what the small R on the bottom left means. It would be a neat gift for someone who lives in Illinois, or a fan of Rush, the rock band. License plates also make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors.
Condition:
This plate is in good vintage condition, showing just normal wear for a plate that was actually used on a car. Most notably, it has two small diagonal scratches below the 4.

Measures about 12 inches long and 6 inches wide.
