Here we have a vintage bookplate print from the 1936 Birds of America illustrated by Louis Agassiz Fuertes. The page features two Waxwing species on one side: the Cedar Waxwing and the Bohemian Waxwing. The other side features two Shrike species: the Loggerhead Shrike and the Northern Shrike. It is double sided (both sides shown in photos) so only one side is visible at a time. It would look amazing framed an hung on a gallery wall, in an office, or be a great gift for a bird lover.
Condition:
It is in good vintage condition, showing normal wear for its age. It does not have any rips or tears. All of our prints are from vintage books that have seen better days, thus some plates may have bends, staining, and/or tiny tears along the edge. When this is the case, we try to detail this in additional photos. Please see photos for further detail on condition.
