Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please keep in mind that the items you are purchasing from our shop are (for the most part) over 25 years old and in some instances date back to the mid-1800's. Wear and tear of items of this age is natural and items may have flaws or imperfections, they will not be in "new" or "unused" condition, unless stated in the description. Thus, all items are sold "as is." We are careful to describe items as accurately as possible and photos are considered to be part of the description. If you would like additional photos or have any questions, please message us here on Etsy or email us (eagleseyefinds@gmail.com) before buying. Items cannot be returned for those listed faults/wear within the item description or as seen in the photos.
If, upon receipt of your order, you (the buyer) feel that an item has been grossly misrepresented, please contact us within THREE days of receipt and detail your concern. Should we agree the item was not accurately described, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense including insurance for the buyers protection - only the original purchase price is reimbursed (shipping is not refundable) and the buyer will have to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us. No refunds are guaranteed.
All returns must be received in the same condition as when mailed out to the customer. ANY damage of any kind will void the return policy. This includes but is not limited to chips or cracks, rips, dents, stains, water damage, missing parts or pieces, or marks of any kind.
Please note, there will be a 15% restocking fee for any return that is not due to our misrepresentation. This includes but is not limited to if the buyer changes their mind about the purchase, wants a different color or style than what was described in the listing, or the buyer is not happy about the size of an item (all of our items have measurements in the listing and more are available on request). Upon receiving the return in the same condition as it was when mailed, you (the buyer) will be reimbursed the price of the item minus 15% of the TOTAL checkout price (item price plus shipping price). Shipping is not refundable.
In the case of breakage during shipment you must retain ALL of the original packaging for proof to the USPS and supply us with photos of both the package and the broken item including any identifying marks. Refunds will not be given until photos are received and once the claim with the shipping company (usually USPS) is finalized.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
