Here we have a vintage state of Louisiana beige felt pennant. This neat wall hanging features the state, the "Pelican State" slogan, a pelican and a magnolia. It would look great in on a wall in a child's room or on a bulletin board as well as in a collection of souvenirs or other pennants.
