1974 Northwest Territories Bear License Plate Vintage Winter Wall Decor 9116

Here we have a 1974 Northwest Territories, Canada license plate. NWT issued the iconic polar bear shaped license plates for their vehicles starting in 1970. This plate features red and white colors and the number 9-116.
