1986 Northwest Territories Bear License Plate Vintage Holiday Wall Decor

Here we have a 1986 Northwest Territories, Canada license plate. NWT issued the iconic polar bear shaped license plates for their vehicles starting in 1970. This style of plate was used from 1986 through 2011, with this plate specifically being used up to 1989 (see registration sticker on the plate). The plate features blue and white colors and the number 25243.

These bear shaped plates make the best winter decor. It would also be a neat gift for someone who lives in NWT, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a NWT lover. License plates make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors.
