1939 Movie Theater Poster feat. Gene Autry Vintage Winter Wall Decor

Here we have a vintage Mayfield Theater advertisement out of Bridgton, Maine. The poster is made of thick cardstock, printed in green, blue and white. The poster highlights the line up for the Mayfield Theater including for Our Leading Citizen, 5 Little Peppers, Golden Boy, Way Down South and In Old Monterey, with Gene Autry. Based on these films, the piece dates to 1939.

This poster would be great for a winter display as it says “always cool” in icicles down the side and polar bear graphics. It could be hung “as is” or framed for a more distinguished display. It would be a great gift for any theater enthusiast or would add a vintage touch to a theater themed collection.

Condition:

This piece is in great vintage condition, especially for a piece of 85+ year old cardstock. It's got a few spots of wear here and there, mostly along the edges and bottom right corner.
