Here we have a vintage 1942 New Mexico truck license plate, featuring the iconic Zia and white on black coloring.

License plates make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors. Registration:

New Mexico does not require pairs for registration of vintage plates on vehicles today. The plate is DMV clear as of 6/2/24 and therefore can be put on your 1942 vehicle for road use. This plate would look stellar on an old classic truck such as a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge.

Condition:

The plate is in 100% original condition, with no touch ups or restoration. It is in good vintage condition, and does show some wear and character from use and storage over the years. Most notably, some paint fading and scuffs in a few areas.
