1947 California License Plate Vintage Garage Wall Decor with 1950 Tab

Here we have a vintage 1947 California license plate. The old license plate features the number 5H6326 and black on yellow coloring. This style of plate was issued from 1947 through 1950, and was re-registered each year with a tab (as seen on this plate). These tabs are similar to the year stickers we use on plates today.

License plates make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors. This old auto tag would be a neat gift for someone who lives in California, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a California lover.

Condition:

This plate is in 100% original condition, with no paint touchups or restoration. It is in  good vintage condition, and does show some wear and character from use on a vehicle and storage over the years. Most notably, some minor paint loss and scuffs here and there.
