1955 Yarmouth Nova Scotia Taxi License Plate Topper Number 5

Here we have a 1955 Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada Taxi Number 5 license plate topper. This topper features black on silver coloring and is made of metal. A couple of these toppers were found by a collector in Canada in the early 2000s, giving them the provenance of Nova Scotia and not any of the Yarmouth's in the US. This topper would look great in a collection of license plate toppers.

Condition:

The plate topper is in 100% original condition, with no touch ups or restoration. It is in great vintage condition, with some wear and character from the years of storage and use on a vehicle. Most notably, it appears the "5" in the "No. 5" has been added as it is not the same font, so we are unsure if the original number wore off or if the tag never had a number assigned.

Measures about 12 inches long and 5 inches wide.
