Here we have a 1964 - 1965 New York World's Fair booster license plate. This plate features the iconic embossed Unisphere and orange and blue coloring. This plate would look great in a collection of New York auto memorabilia, World's Fair collection, or license plates.

Booster plates like this are neat pieces of automobilia and would have been mounted to the front of vehicles when states did not issue pairs of plates (just single plates). This piece would be a neat gift for someone who lives in New York, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a New York lover.

Condition:

The plate is in 100% original condition, with no touch ups or restoration. It is in good vintage condition, and shows a little wear and character from the years of storage and use on a vehicle. Most notably, a few scuffs here and there, the biggest being at the center of the Unisphere.
