1983 Kentucky License Plate Vintage Blue Wall Decor

Here we have a vintage 1983 Kentucky license plate. This plate features the number KFE-405, and a blue background with white numbering. This plate was originally issued in Greenup county. This is the style of plate that Kentucky used from 1983 through 1987.
