Here we have a vintage Abiliene, Kansas yellow felt pennant. This neat wall hanging features a depiction of the Butterfield Stagecoach, which delivered mail and passengers from St. Louis and Memphis to San Francisco. The pennant looks to be a souvenir from the Old Abilene Town historic district replica, a tourist attraction built in the 1950s. It would look great in on a wall in a child's room or on a bulletin board as well as in a collection of souvenirs or other pennants. It would also look great stitched on to a pillow, purse, or bag.
