Here we have a vintage 1987 Colorado amateur radio license plate pair, featuring the Rocky Mountain background. The KAO on the left designates these plates as a plate for an amateur or HAM radio operator. They would be a neat gift for someone who lives in Colorado, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a Colorado lover. License plates also make great house warming gifts or gifts for someone who was born the year the plates were issued, and they look stellar on a wall in a collection with many different states and colors.

These plates are in great vintage condition, showing just a little wear from actual use. The paint is original, they have not been repainted.
