Here we have a vintage East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania felt pennant. This neat wall hanging features the college's old name of East Stroudsburg State College, which was its name from 1960 to 1983. It would look great in a chic setting as well as on a wall in a dorm room, sports bar, or man-cave. It would also look great stitched on to a pillow, purse, or bag.
