This vintage HC Sinclair gas station sign is an awesome piece of old advertising. It is double sided and even has the original ring it was hung with, something that you don't always find with these signs. It was found in Glastonbury, CT. The sign would make a great statement piece on a wall or addition to a gas and oil advertising collection.
Condition:
It is in great vintage condition. These signs are often found very rough, with lots of porcelain missing or having been cut or folded. This sign does have 4 extra holes in it (see circled in last photo) because it was found with legs attached being used as a table. These honestly actually make the sign much easier to hang on a wall (original holes are spaced out awkwardly for hanging alone), but would also making it a good candidate for some neon. The porcelain is in great shape and still has some great gloss to it.
Size:
Measures a bit over 48 inches in diameter. It is VERY heavy since it has the ring, so if you want to hang it on a wall like we did, we recommend having the proper tools and mounting hardware.
