This vintage Louisville, Kentucky license plate topper is a neat piece of old auto history. The topper features a green smaltz (reflective) finish and horse on either side. It also comes with its original packaging and advertising. Auto Glow plate toppers were made by Wildon Products Co. out of Boston, Mass. in the 1950s and 60s. Toppers like this are neat pieces of automobilia and would have been mounted to the top of license plates. This topper would look great in a collection of other car-related items like license plates, or even as decor hung up together.
Condition:
It is in great vintage condition, with little wear. There are a few small spots of discoloration in the green. The cardstock packaging has some parts missing (see back photo).

The topper itself measures about 3.5 inches wide and 12 inches long.
