This set of Mr. Jiggs and Maggie wood bookends. These are characters from the comic Bringing Up Father which started in 1913. The bookends are homemade and are designed pretty well considering! The pair would be a great addition to any bookshelf or a gift for a comic enthusiast.
Condition:
They do show some wear from the years, however, with a few parts broken off like Mr. Jiggs cigar as well as a few cracks on Maggie's legs and Mr. Jiggs' cane.
Size:
Maggie measures about 8.5 inches tall and Mr. Jiggs measures about 7.5 inches tall.
