Here is a vintage University of Maryland license plate topper. This topper features smaltz reflective paint and the school's gold and black colors. Toppers like this are predecessors to the bumper sticker and would originally have been placed above a license plate to add a bit of flair to your car. It would be a neat piece of wall decor for a UMD fan or alum and also make a great graduation gift.
Condition:
The topper is in good vintage condition and does show a little wear and character from actual use. Most notably, some minor paint loss.
