West Virginia 1931 License Plate Vintage Black Wall Hanging Decor

Here we have a vintage 1931 West Virginia license plate, featuring yellow on black coloring. This plate is in great vintage condition, showing very little wear from actual use. There is one very small tear in the metal near the right mounting hole. The paint is all original, it has not been repainted or touched up. It would be a neat gift for someone who lives in West Virginia, souvenir to remember a trip to the state, or even as decor to a West Virginia lover.
